DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your relevant tracking information. 

UK Shipping Rates:

*If for any reason delivery is delayed we will inform you promptly with an updated delivery time.

International Shipping Rates:

We offer international shipping as displayed below:

IN STORE PICK UP:

We currently offer an in store pick up option at one of our two locations. When your order is ready your collection you will receive a confirmation email or SMS which will include your collection time slot.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and enclosed within its original packaging. You must also be able to provide proof of purchases. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@laeloudlondon.com You will be sent the return address; we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return

DAMAGES: 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@laeloudlondon.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
