Refund policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and enclosed within its original packaging. You must also be able to provide proof of purchases. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@laeloudlondon.com You will be sent the return address; we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
